My fixture designs are engineered with low-density construction that minimizes beam attenuation, with customizable and modular configurations that attach directly to OEM equipment. The designs reflect years of experience with real-world radiography and CT applications, allowing your team to stay focused on the inspection problem at hand rather than the tooling. Each fixture is optimized for repeatability, ease of use, and material performance — so you can trust the setup and trust the results.

Modular Fixture Kit

  • Rigid T-slot system for maximum versatility

  • Simple tilt adjustment for reduction of cone beam artifacts

  • Standard purchase nylon nuts and screws allow for easy replacement of stripped fasteners

Adjustable Offset Centering Vice

  • Centering screw with locking mechanisms for easy adjustment

Quick-change PCB Fixtures
